Homemade crostini, elevated with our Tuscan blend. Crispy, golden, and ready for whatever you’re topping it with. Ingredients: -crostini toasts (homemade or store bought) -one pint cherry tomatoes -flake salt, to taste -1 tbsp Dalkin & co Tuscan blend -1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar -1/2 tbsp olive oil -1/2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped -1/3 cup ricotta -1 tbsp cream (optional, if ricotta is very thick/stiff) -1 tsp lemon zest -pepper, to taste Halve or quarter you tomatoes, depending on size, and transfer to a small bowl. Add the Tuscan blend, basil, vinegar, olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste. Let sit 10-15 minutes until juicy. During this time, combine the ricotta, cream (if using), lemon zest, and salt and pepper to taste. Add the ricotta mix to the base of your toasts, then top with the tomatoes and their juices. Serve immediately. If prepping in advance, make everything and assemble just before serving. Recipe by @bakeswithrach_
