I’ve tried all the methods for getting white shells: adding a dash of purple to offset the yellow color of the shells, adding white gel food coloring, or adding a bit of fog (@sweetmacshop taught me that trick and I know it works for a lot of people) but my favorite method for making white shells is adding white *powder* food coloring aka food grade titanium dioxide. I used about 2 teaspoons here for a double batch of my Swiss. #macarons #macarontips
