Growth is not linear... and there are times when I have felt like I have been getting fiercely hit over the head with lesson after lesson... Defeated 😞 and never really learning what the lesson was... Then I spent 12 hours a day staring at 🌊 waves... and now the growth is still coming at me at a rapid fire pace. But it feels a lot kinder, not because it is, but because I’m being kinder to me and the people around me. Not all the time... let’s get real. My waves of being “angry like a 🐻” as my daughter calls it when she is 😡mad, still come. They always will. Shocker 💥 So will hers.
