Train #Legs like me!
My fav way to train my #lowerbody outside of the gym is a combination of FREE WEIGHTS & PLYO. Back to back, no mercy. Rest once the set is doneee.
THE WORKOUT:
๐๐ฝ6 dumbbell movements, partnered with a plyometric movement, complete all 12 movements to finish ONE SET, then rest. Repeat for 3 sets.
Each DB movement: 12 reps/or 10 ea.side
PLYO movement: 20 reps
And if youโre not on the ground shakinโ your thick-thick out then you better than me, shoooot ๐
