And just like that our baby boy is 10! Luca, there are truly not enough words to sum you up. All I can say is that I love our love. 🙏🏼🫶🏻 I don’t know why I never thought you could have a bestie in a son, but we totally are and I hope that it always stays this way. I love how “hi mom!” is the first thing you say when you walk through the door. I love that I’m the first person you always ask to watch a movie with or to tuck you in at night. I love how we wrestle, have tortilla fights, and always try to scare each other 😆😂. Believe it or not, I also love how you always challenge me 😆. You are very confident in all the decisions you make (aka stubborn and headstrong - not sure where you got that from 😉) but I’m very proud of how thoughtful and kind you still are of others feelings. You amaze me with what a good judge of character you are at such a young age and you don’t compromise those inner feelings. You’re always joking and make us laugh (even when I’m trying to be serious and discipline you😅😆🫣). You are most definitely the cause of all of my gray hairs 😂but I’m here for it! You bring us so much joy and I hope you always know just how much you are loved!🙏🏼 Happy day of birth my love! This was a much more personal post than I usually share on here but mama is feeling alllll the feels today! 🫶🏻I’m soaking up up every ounce of this stage as I’m not sure how long this will last.
