Come⁠ autumn, we'll see the progress in our harvest.⁠ ⁠ ✨ MEET THE POET ✨⁠ ⁠ Kris “with a K” Henry (they/them/theirs) is a 28 year old Jamaican nonbinary creative and community activist who has lived in Georgia since they started high school in 2007. They graduated summa cum laude with Honors from the University of Georgia with Bachelor’s degrees in English and Communications Studies in 2015 and went on to perform spoken word poetry as “Kris with a K” on many Atlanta stages from 2017-2019. They continue to embody creative freedom on their Instagram, @kriswithakcreates for the world to enjoy. ⁠ ⁠ Many in the queer and trans community also know them as the Spiritual Abolitionist, the name of their spiritual support platform for the holistic well-being of black queer, trans and intersex people globally.
