The Brookfield resident has now written two books: “Meathead: The Science of Great Barbecue and Grilling” and “The Meathead Method: A BBQ Hall of Famer’s Secrets and Science on BBQ, Grilling, and Outdoor Cooking with 114 Recipes.” Be sure to check him out, and get a signed copy of one of this Barbecue Hall of Famer’s books! Whether you’re a novice or a seasoned expert, Meathead promises to up your flame game. Speaking of “seasoned,” attendees also will have the chance to meet a man with his own line of rubs and seasonings.
