Every year on August 8th, I celebrate my birthday... and luckily for me, it's also the Lions Gate Portal. One of the most powerful energetic alignments, all about expansion, elevation, and calling in abundance. For a long time now, I've been ritualizing my birthday and treating it as a personal new year. I always take stock, do an energetic ritual and set myself up to elevate every area of my life. I wanted to share what I do, and how you can use your birthday as a portal for quantum change. It’s a powerful time to let go of outdated versions of yourself and consciously align with your next chapter. Your Brain Is Listening: Emotionally charged dates like birthdays heighten neuroplasticity. That means reflection, intention-setting, and self talk are extra powerful. You can literally rewire your self-image and concept! It also works the other way though, so be loving to yourself. Quantum Manifestation in Motion: By reflecting on who you’ve been and aligning with who you're becoming, you collapse timelines. You can bridge the gap between past and future... by ritualizing your birhday. My 4 Step Birthday Ritual (Steal this): Inventory Your Growth: List every way you’ve evolved this year, big or small. Feel it in your body. Feel deep gratitude and celebrate it all. Reframe the Setbacks: For every regret or challenge, ask: What did this teach me? How did I grow because of this? Align with the Future: Write a letter (or voice note) from your future self in past tense. One year ahead. Celebrate everything you are manifesting as if it’s already happened. Make it sacred: Choose a symbolic action to ritualize this process. Light a candle, play your favorite music, wear something beautiful and say: “Today, I begin again.
