to my fellow overthinkers...this one’s for you🫣 I will be the first to admit that when I get overwhelmed, my first reaction is to do nothing. I am definitely somebody who tends to freeze when they’re stressed, and so it usually results in me not going out and doing the things that I really want to do. This is your sign to take some deep breaths, give yourself the time to stop overthinking, and to take action on the thing that’s been occupying your mind!! One of my favorite ways to do this is to start by writing down a general plan! Sometimes things can feel really overwhelming when they’re just floating around in our minds, so getting it onto paper really helps me understand what my next move should be.💛 (and yes I totally know that it’s not always possible to do something about what you’re overthinking, but I really hope this at least helps you find some peace and encourages you to try and not let it overwhelm you as much. show yourself some love, gently work through it, and try your best to find something positive that can pull you up when you’re down <3) #motivation #inspiration #lifestyle #selfdevelopment #selfimprovement #selflove #goals #newyear #motivational #relatable
