On International Day of the Victims of Enforced Disappearances, our thoughts are with the thousands of victims and their families worldwide. We call on governments who engage in this abuse to cease. And we urge the international community to never let the victims be "out of sight, out of mind". We must stop letting enforced disappearances happen with impunity.
