Meanwhile in downtown Los Angeles we have lunch pretty dialed ... now diving deep into dinner front of house training and getting our original six wood fired phx pizzas locked in their new house here in DTLA ithe Rosa post her first ride .... I’m optimistic:) practice makes things suck way less often , and when the stars align occasionally almost perfect ... Dinner is getting close .. I’d say 2 weeks-ish !
