Chocolate peanut butter ice cream cake! Waffle cone crust, with layers of luscious, no-churn dark chocolate ice cream, intertwined with a peanut butter swirl!! CRUST 1 1/4 cups finely crushed waffle cones 5 tbsp salted butter 1/4 cup sugar ICE CREAM 2 cups heavy cream 14 oz sweetened condensed milk 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, melted and cooled Heaping 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla 1 cup creamy peanut butter, melted and cooled CRUST Line a 9 inch springform pan with parchment paper. Mix the crust ingredients until combined, pour into the pan, push down with a cup until evenly distributed ICE CREAM 1. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, set aside 2. Beat the sweetened condensed milk, melted chocolate, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt until combined and smooth 3. Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture, mix until combined, do not over mix or deflate the whipped cream 4. Pour half of the ice cream mixture into the pan, dollop half of the peanut butter over the top, swirl with a knife. Repeat with the rest of the ice cream and peanut butter 5.
