BBQ Salmon Bacon Bites 🥓🍣 Recipe: -Cut a filet of salmon into 2 inch rectangles. -Season with BBQ rub and place on a wire rack before putting them on the smoker at 225-250F. -Make the topping by mixing a block of cream cheese, 2 chopped jalapeno peppers, 3/4 cup of cheddar cheese, and 3/4 cup of cooked bacon. -When the salmon hits 120F internal, use a bag to pipe the topping onto each piece of salmon. -Return the salmon back to the grill to continue to cook until hitting 145F internal. -Remove and let it rest for 7 minutes. -Drizzle with warm BBQ sauce and devour! #salmon #appetizer #grilledsalmon #smokedsalmon #bbq
