“Don’t build exercise up to be bigger than it is. Think of it on par with brushing your teeth”
If working out more is one of your focuses I challenge you to exercise your body for a minimum of 10mins a day everyday for the next 30days+
Leave no room for “ill do it tomorrow”
Build a daily ritual and give your body what it needs. Sometimes that will be a challenging workout, other days it may be a restorative session. Either way moment by moment, day by day you’ll build consistent momentum for a healthy life.

Bonus tip: Brush your teeth with your opposite hand every morning. It sounds silly, but it will make an ingrained habit conscious and give space to be less habitual therefore making more conscious decisions throughout the day
