💌 6/29 I will be facilitating a session at Voices With Impact, a year-long program hosted by @ArtWithImpact. This annual film festival will premiere 10 new short films centering mental health in relation to grief + resilience, or substance use disorder + recovery. Each film received production grants from AWI to bring its vision to life. This session is especially heartfelt, centering indigenous stories & the complex nature of remembering a father. These films are part of a series we pull from for the poetry mental health groups that I facilitate❣️ This 5-day film festival will take place virtually from June 27–July 1, 2022 featuring film screenings, filmmaker Q&A, and open discussions.
