We sampled over 200 of these during our time at the BBC Good Food Christmas show last month and it was a unanimous cheers all around 🥂 ✨Maldon Salt Pomegranate Fizz✨ Ingredients 50ml Hayman's Sloe Gin 40ml Pomegranate Juice 15ml Lemon Juice 20ml Sugar Syrup 100ml Double Dutch Cranberry & Ginger Tonic Water A Pinch of Maldon Salt Method Place the sloe gin, pomegranate juice, lemon juice, sugar syrup and Double Dutch Cranberry and Ginger Tonic Water in a shaker and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 30 seconds until it feels cold. Add a pinch of Maldon Salt to enhance the sweetness and break down the bitterness of the gin. Strain into the coupe glass.
