Phew, now that the dust has settled and I’ve had myself a full nights sleep I can finally begin to explain the week we’ve had over here! 😭 Our dear friends got married Saturday night and I had the honor of not only flowering for them but being a brightly colored blushing bridesmaid! @joyandesigns put together an epic festival themed wedding called Wedfest and you know we got down. I wanted colorful florals to enhance the design with a little bit of funk to bring in the personalities of our goofy friends. @wildwestflorals was my right hand lady and I don’t know what I would do without her hard work, calm demeanor, and support through the stressful moments. My on site team @wildwestflorals, @maddieecal , and @foriverfloral did their thing so I could soak in as much time as possible with my people and I can’t express my gratitude for them enough. @djleo_eddie rocked the Carousel House with non-stop hits to keep us out on the dance floor literally all night. My husband @samhof who also had the task of floral assistant AND best man gave a speech to rival all future speeches. And so much more... Long story short, the night was filled with memories that will be talked about for years to come but the most said thing by friends and family once it was all said and done was “how could you throw a better wedding than that?” and for J+K I just can’t imagine anything more perfect than the night we had. Lessons learned are: Flower for your friends and go to more weddings as a guest because damn is it fun!
