ROME Offal skewers at what is now one of my fav restaurants in the world - @trecca_roma (2nd visit in a month!) - also had ox tongue with green sauce, crispy fried lamb intestines, chicken gizzards with sautéed potatoes and bone marrow roasted with rosemary. I know, I know, that sounds like a LOT of offal and it was - but when in Rome etc etc... Excellent wine too Check out my story if you’d like to see the rest of it. Or don’t!
