A warm hello to 2022 & new followers! • I’m Dr Diva Amon, a marine biologist that focuses on the little-known habitats & animals of the deep ocean, & how our actions are impacting them. • I’m a proud Trini 🇹🇹 that splits my time between home, the UK & fieldwork/meetings around the world. • I work at the nexus of science, policy & communication, & have a deep desire to see greater stewardship of the ocean, as well as the engagement of a broader group of humankind towards this effort. • @speseas_tt is a non-profit NGO that I co-founded and co-direct. We do marine research, education & advocacy in Trinidad & Tobago.
