Yesterday, we had the first sighting of no less than 12 five-week-old puppies as they followed their Mom out of the den, just a kilometre away from The Lodge at Royal Malewane. What a pleasure to share an unforgettable sighting of these endangered African predators with our guests. The adult female dog has a telemetry collar fitted by Grant Beverley from the Endangered Wildlife Trust (EWT), which is one of our Foundation's beneficiaries. This collar lets the EWT monitor the movement of the pack and helps track data that is vital to the conservation of this endangered species.
