As a common feature on nearly all of our EvolveYou programs the lovable lunge has many variations which can be scaled up or down according to your abilities and needs. WATCH THIS as your trainers @sfm_fitness & @melissa_kendter are to demonstrate just how you can make these more challenging 🎥
Looking for another way to scale these up? 👀
💪 Try holding one DB close to your chest in the goblet position OR one in each hand
💪 Want to work that core? Try two dumbbells overhead as you lunge
💪 Don’t like jumping? Try the split squats with a barbell
💪 If you’re looking to improve your range of motion, add a plate underneath your front foot (don’t do this if you’re jumping!) to get more depth
