I started a 31 Day challenge this past weekend, climbing Mt. Brunswick was on day 1. The challenge consists of fitness goals, nutritional goals and professional goals. So far so good in each area! I gotta say this climb was harder than I remember. Was it the extra weight in my camera pack? Lack of hiking fitness this season? Or that I had just forgotten the severity from three years ago?
