Here’s a three move KB Workout I did today 🙌🏻
Truthfully...I worked from 7am-2pm today on the computer 😅...and I could have kept going. But one of my Non-Negotiable’s is MOVEMENT.
So I just showed up at 2pm with no real plan, and I’m so happy I did.
I put together this KB workout
✅Gorilla Rows
Make sure to push down on one weight, drive the other elbow to your hip and keep your head neutral to avoid low back pain
✅Marches
I love this for core stability & grip. Stand tall and keep posture
✅Push-up to Dip
You can always start this by just walking your feet through instead of jumping..
