Writing continues to be how I process. Thank you to @betches for giving me a platform to address the state of my and some of my Black siblings mental health as of late. Duh - black people are not a monolith - this is not the catchall way to support every Black person you’ve ever met - but here are some suggestions for possible ways to CONSTRUCTIVELY support the Black folks in your life rn.
