We made this video for the community, for the culture, and because I’m a proud LGBTQ artist. This was also my first all male cast music video. I wrote this song about a crush from a gay perspective and set out to make a video that felt real and authentic and matched the vibe of the song. In the past I was always told as a artist I couldn’t go this “gay” because people wouldn’t like it. I think now more then ever it’s the right time to show that it is ok to be who you are and that you can be authentically you and I hope this inspires other artists to do the same.
