1000 club joined, 10k sub 50min smashed, 150 workouts complete, 75 gallons of water drank, 4.5 books read and 0 alcohol consumed in 75 Days ✅ To be honest, I knew I could do it, but what I didn’t know is how much else I’d gain from it. Yeah, the numbers are fun to look at and talk about, but the biggest lesson I’ve learned has been staying disciplined. I’d have days where I wouldn’t want to go for a run or wake up early or eat chicken and rice instead of ordering chick-fil-a but then I’d fail and I didn’t want that. I hear people talk about doing 75 hard but “their version”, excluding certain things such as drinking or a diet & as I agree that balance is everything and I can’t wait to have a drink with the boys at the bar this weekend, these past 75 days taught me to stay on schedule and build habits that will last longer than these past couple months, which wouldn’t have been achieved if I gave room for cheating. And that’s exactly what has happened, I don’t plan on stopping reading 10 pages per day or working out twice a day or turning back to junk food on a regular basis. I plan on continuing these great habits I’ve built but with some additional balance that I wouldn’t have been able to maintain without the discipline that is now engraved in my mind. Moral of the Story: - 75 Days for Life ✌🏼back to work
