When I was growing up, most of my friends would spend Sunday evenings around the dinner table with their families. In my family, due to the nature of our business, we’ve always spent that time together on Saturday evening, instead. Skirt steak has been the go-to for Saturday Night Supper for as long as I can remember. 🥩 This weekend, we got to spend some extra time celebrating my favorite girl. 🎈
