For this #MentalHealthMonday I want to talk about bullying. I’ve heard multiple stories lately about kids who are being bullied, horribly. It’s really been weighing on my heart because I know how it feels. I’m so sorry if you are reading this caption and you are being bullied by someone in your life, please know that bullying of any kind is NOT OK! If you are being bullied, please consider opening up to someone you know or trust and ask for help. If you are witness to someone else being bullied, we need to HELP, especially kids. They need our support, they need our advocacy!
