Day 2 of our 2-day wedding: The grande finale.⁣ ⁣ Planning our ceremony and reception was no easy task. Blending two cultures, Nigerian and Jamaican, that love to have a good time meant making sure that one culture doesn’t overshadow the next. But we both agreed on a few things...the event had to be fun, the food had to be on point, and the music had to spot on. ⁣ ⁣ We felt like we accomplished our goals. Our DJ kept the dance floor warm. The food was catered by a Nigerian chef and from a local Jamaican restaurant. The entertainment was a local Igbo dance group, the steel pan player from a Caribbean group, and a Junkanoo Band in Atlanta.
