Mental health is serious please speak up I wish I did. At 10:22pm on the 22/7/2025 I attended suicide. I’ve had a lot happen my whole life and very little people know about it, people just assume my problems but they know slim to nothing. If you ever feel like your going to take your life please speak up. I know how hard it is trust me I know, but like I said if you ever get in that head space please go and talk to someone.
