The harvest season is HERE & the vineyard is looking great! Our team has worked hard to cultivate great fruit & their hard work is about to pay off! This past year our production team planted a series of daikon radishes in our estate vineyard directly below the vines. This process has helped break up the hard compounded soil & reintroduce nitrogen into the soil to help the grapes develop. Our assistant winemaker Kat harvested these radishes & we even used them on our @paradisespringsfoodtruck as a pickled relish! We are always looking for new ways to creatively improve our vineyard site & it’s even better when those efforts are delicious! Swipe ➡️
