I first baked my potatoes in the @Alchemygrills smoker, scooped out their pillowy insides, mixed them with cheese and chopped up creamy, rich lobster thermidor, stuffed it back into the potato skins, topped them with a lobster tail and that rich wine sauce, covered that with two kinds of cheese and then put them back into the smoker to get all melty and golden.
