Rights are not a trending topic. I hope that on the final day of Pride Month we remember Pride goes beyond June. And what Pride 2022 has shown is that it’s as much a celebration as it is a spotlight on the ongoing fight for rights. The past week’s SCOTUS decisions has shown us how longstanding policy can change overnight...and therefore how many lives can change overnight. Some rights can be stripped in an instant while others can be put on high alert. My hope beyond June is for this ongoing enthusiasm to carry on the fight, continue the conversation, and develop a greater appreciation for the importance of voting. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ #scotus #pride #pridemonth #humanrights
