Here a three move workout I did yesterday 😅..... It def challenges the core in a “different” way and I’m loving it! ✅Wall Marches I bring my knee to my belly then knee to opposite elbow ✅Plank Up Downs Make your feet wider to increase surface area or you can always try these on your knees if you’re feeling a bit nervous about it ✅Dragon Flags 😅 Go slow slow slow try and get your butt to be the last thing to the ground I did this workout with my friend @marisuuhdude and we did 30seconds of each move, three times and it was 😅...
