Monday called for a veiny leg day and and a heavy protein oat bowl 🥣
When I released my first LPP guide many years ago I was asked why Legs, Push Pull instead of PPL.
The order isn’t that important and there’s benefits to each layout, I recommend LPP simply because you get the hard shit done first and it sets the pace for the week!
The rest is plain sailing (until leg day comes around again) 😅
