the 15 minute seated arms series coming to @bthemethod tonight can be done while seated on our ball, on the floor, or seated on our ball, on a chair. you can also do this while seated directly on a chair but the instability of the ball adds a really incredible pelvic floor and abdominal challenge that makes the series much more than just upper body strengthening and stretching.
