Things I KNOW to be true in 2021 that I didn’t in 2019: We can do hard things, humans are resilient AF, we grow + transform the most in our toughest hours, no one knows more about my body than me, healing looks different for each person, detoxification is not a fad — it’s a critical component to long term health and vitality. I’m playing the long game but wake up taking each day as it comes — one breath, one moment, and one empowered choice at a time. Thank you for being with me the past year and a half.
