This specific piece had a multit-tude of changes to its format specifically due to a transition period from one semester to another. As the final piece of my contributing-writer position, it proved to be the piece where I started to get a handle on how to really format journalistic writing for myself. The piece delves into what the center is and what the center does, but it balances it with the intrapersonal dynamics of the tutors who work in the center and their personal aspirations for working there. Alongside this, speaking with some of the administrators of the center had helped me formulate the importance of writing about it in the first place. It was an educational facility run primarily for the benefit of the student body. Additionally, I feel as if this piece taught me best on how to explore testimonials of people who work in an organization— specifically as an angle.
