My weight loss journey began 5/1/21 Documenting this journey for me has been very therapeutic, It has helped me see where I started , to where I am now . prepping myself for this gastric sleeve has been one of my biggest challenges, but so proud of where I am today on my birthday. This new beginning makes me want to celebrate. I wanted to share what I went thru the last couple of months and update y’all on my journey. Maybe this can inspire someone to keep on fighting and find they’re happiness. Im feeling so happy and complete today And I’m only half way. I want to thank everyone for they’re support and love .
