Tiger80 Lite Keyboard kit build ⌨️ part 2! @kbdfans In this part, I did some mods to improve its sound and feel! 1. Tape mod: the designed tape mod is included in the tiger lite kit, it's already cut in PCB size, which makes it easier to apply the tape behind the PCB. I usually use painter's tape to achieve this mod. I even tried to remove and stick it back, and there's no residue at all. It really saves us time and it has such a cool art as well! 2. Polyfill : this mod will remove any hollow sound in a plastic keyboard case, it improves the acoustics in a better way! 3. Both stabilizers and switches are already lubed to reduce scratchiness and for better typing feel. Tiger lite also features a Leaf Spring Mount, which offers a flexible typing experience. The plate has extended parts which are secured to the case, and allows the center to flex downward without having to press that much. Lastly, I paired it with the PBTfans BOW keycap set from KBDfans, it's perfect for that clean and minimalist look! It's also available on their site as well.
