Did you know public speaking is the #1 fear of most people. Fear and excitement look and feel the same though... it’s a matter of perspective, preparation and awareness and I’m EXCITED 😆, with a lot of 🦋 dancing in my body when taking the stage. This begins the start of a new journey...and additional career path for me. Today we spoke about preparation, trust, communication and joy amongst 4 women who worked together to break a world record. Next week I’m speaking at 2 events and am LIT UP 🔥 about it.
