In the past 5 years, it’s safe to say I’ve experienced LBL (light bladder leaks) in all forms 🫣 I've spent 5 years either being pregnant or breastfeeding. Years where my body has been a vessel to create life and nourish my babies. This journey has changed my body in many ways, through weight gain and loss, muscle stretching, pelvic floor strain, birth trauma and nursing. While it isn’t the most glamorous of topics to talk about, I think it’s so important for women to come together to share their experiences with LBL – as it’s a very common, but treatable occurrence for so many of us.
