Get the recipe ⤵️ What you'll need: For Potatoes: 1 pkg Grown In Idaho® Super Crispy Steak Cut Fries 1/4 cup olive oil 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp onion powder 1 tbsp smoked paprika 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper For Salsa Brava: 28 oz can crushed tomatoes 1 yellow onion diced, medium 1 tbsp garlic, minced 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tsp smoked paprika 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 2 dashes hot sauce to taste 1/2 tsp salt For Garlic Aioli: 1/3 cup mayo 1/2 lemon juiced 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper Toppings (optional) Fresh parsley Green onions Directions: 1. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper for the fries and set aside. 2. Air fry Grown In Idaho® Super Crispy Steak Cut Fries according to the package instructions. 3. Salsa Bravas: Add olive oil to a sauté pan over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until soft, about 7-8 minutes. Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds. 4. Add tomatoes, salt, paprika, cayenne pepper and hot sauce. Stir and bring to a simmer for about 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. 5. Let sauce cool and puree in a food processor. 6. Garlic Aioli: In a small bowl, add mayo, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir until combined evenly. 7. When fries are cooking, toss with olive oil and seasoning mixture. 8. Plate the seasoned fries and drizzle Salsa Bravas and Garlic Aioli over the top.
