In my experience Tantra is 100% full responsibility for ourselves, our life and the potential of transformation in every moment. Our breath, our direction, our pain. This can seem scary at first and from my perspective it also means we have the power to change anything. Especially the meaning we give things. Is this here to torture me or is this hear to break me open into an even more powerful version of myself? I always choose the latter and then the transformation appears. This doesn't mean we don't feel pain. Pain is necessary to understand what we want to do differently. I have created my entire career from making art out of pain. It’s empowering to not let what has happened define me. To instead use it as a way to connect more deeply, to feel more compassion, to be a better teacher, friend, partner, daughter, being. To allow me to soften into my radiant, gentle, limitless power.
