BODY APPRECIATION ✨💪🏽 During the pandemic, I gained a nasty 50 lbs.. As many of us did, I sat home eating , binge watching every streaming service known to man and being a canabis enthusiast. 🥘🍲🍃🌬🖥🛰😭🤣🫠 I weighed 185lbs on @legendarymax Season 3... The weight held me back for so long... I was #depressed .. but over these passed 6 months, I've been able to get back to my passion with dance and lost 50+ pounds!!️ I weigh 134lbs currently 💪🏽🤴🏽🤷🏽‍♂️ (with the help of rehearsals, performances, balls, gym time and eating right) My next journey is to work on my body and tone up in the areas I want. Bigger biceps, pecs, 6-8 pack, deep v-line, broader shoulders.. etc.. ⏲⏳
