I don’t often post beginners class because everyone is not always comfortable with being filmed! Class is a place where mistakes/ mess-ups are a part of learning and growth but i understand some don’t enjoy watching that part of the process to slayage. In class , I don’t care about it being perfect, i want you to understand the technique and grasp what you can. My goal is to hand you the tools 🛠 so you can take them home and practice. This way, the next time I see ya you are another step closer to better technique. I also don’t always post because this is where I break down foundational moves and the best way to learn is to be in the building where you can ask questions and get physical corrections in the moment.
