basically just edible cookie dough, but with a lil boost! been having one of these for lunch dessert, with my coffee, for a snack... they’re 10/10
cookie dough energy balls
- 4 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup nut butter (I used cashew)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup almond or oat flour
- 1 tsp maca (optional)
- splash of almond milk
- pinch of salt
- chocolate chips (measure with your heart)
roll into balls, store in the fridge, and pull out when ya want a cookie but not the blood sugar crash!
