@adrianna’s Carne Asada Fries are elite and made easy with our Super Crispy Crinkle Cut Fries 🎉 Get the recipe: Juice from 2 oranges Juice from 3 limes 2 teaspoons kosher salt 2 teaspoons ground cumin 2 teaspoons ground coriander 2 teaspoons ground paprika 4 garlic cloves, smashed 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar 3 tablespoons olive oil 2 green onions, trimmed and diced 1 1/2 pound flank steak/skirt steak 1 bag of @GrownInIdaho Super Crispy Crinkle Cut Fries 1. In a large bowl or casserole dish, combine the orange juice, lime juice, salt, cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic, vinegar, olive oil and green onions. Whisk together. Add in the meat and marinate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight. 2. Meanwhile, add the fries to a baking sheet and bake according to the package’s instructions. 3. Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush with olive oil. Add the flank steak and cook on each side for 3 minutes for medium. Rest for 10 minutes. And then slice against the grain. Chop into bite-size pieces. 4. Remove the fries from the oven and sprinkle liberally with the shredded cheese. Decrease the oven to 250F. Transfer back to the oven and bake until the cheese is melty, about 3-5 minutes. 5.
