Behold: the New York City apartment of our adulting dreams! After seeing one of Augusta Hoffman’s (@augusta.hoffman) projects in @elledecor, one 30-something businesswoman reached out to the designer to devise “a space for the life I was living and the one I would grow into once nested.” Here, Hoffman wanted the living area to feel calming and ethereal, with little pops of color that demonstrate a youthful vibrance. The @lawsonfenning sofa faces a pair of @byblasco.official swivel chairs. “I love the chairs because they bring in an element of casualness that my client was looking for as a younger person who enjoys having people over to watch movies and hang out,” Hoffman says. “It doesn’t have to feel so sophisticated all the time.” Click the link in bio for the full tour of this neutral oasis.
