This special tasting will be hosted by our CEO & Founder, Kirk Wiles, and ourWinemaker Rob Cox, who will share stories about how the new property came to be, its rich history, the vision for what is to come, while tasting six exclusive wines with you 🍷 We are proud to announce that we have acquired a 288 acre parcel of land in Crozet, Virginia just outside of Charlottesville which will become the third home of Paradise Springs Winery. Rich in history and flush with mountainous views, the property borders one of our closest winery friends, King Family Vineyards, and currently has a 5-acre Viognier vineyard that was planted in 2010. Renowned viticulturist Lucie Morton has signed on to help develop the future planting of up to 80 acres of new vineyard and plans for a new production facility large enough to handle the growing needs of our Virginia portfolio are in the works. Current infrastructure already in place will be renovated in the coming year to help launch a public opening sometime mid-2023. Coming home to once again invest in Virginia wine solidifies our belief in this emerging wine region. The best wines are yet to be made here and we are excited that Paradise Springs will be a leader in Virginia wine’s bright future as the first winery with a major brand presence in both the Northern Virginia and Charlottesville areas.
